Wedding Terms and Conditions

  • The Client shall provide a brief overview of the wedding’s expectations to allow the Photographer to prepare in advance.
  • The Photographer will not be held liable for poor-quality photographs in case the guests interfere with the photographer’s work.
  • The Photographer will not be held liable for poor-quality photographs if the required electrical necessities are not fulfilled at the venue.
  • The photographer will coordinate with the Client to capture group photographs of family members as required. However, if any individuals are unavailable at the time or if specific group photos are desired, it is the Client’s responsibility to inform the photographer in advance or during the event. Requests made after the event will not be entertained, and the photographer will not be held responsible for missed group shots that were not previously communicated.
  • The Drone operator shall not be forced or requested to fly the drone in red zone or yellow zone areas as marked by DGCA.
  • The client shall provide travelling for the photography team while going from groom to bride’s venue on wedding day and any other travelling if incurred within the event day.
  • Clients are kindly requested to maintain a polite and cooperative demeanour with the photographers, ensuring smooth coordination. This will help the photography team deliver their best work while capturing your event.
  • Appropriate travel arrangements must be provided for the photography team to accompany the groom on the wedding day for shooting his entry and to travel with the couple on the Vidai day, to not miss any rituals; failing which, the team will not be held responsible for any missed moments from these events.
  • The images will be shared only after the 2nd payment (after work on event day) is completed.

Pre-Wedding Terms and Conditions

  • The Client shall provide a brief overview of the pre-wedding expectations to allow the Photographer to prepare in advance.
  • The photographer will not be held responsible for poor-quality photographs if the client chooses a location that is either not recommended or deemed unsuitable by the photographer.
  • The Photographer will not be held liable for poor-quality photographs if the required electrical necessities are not fulfilled at the venue.
  • The Drone operator shall not be forced or requested to fly the drone in red zone or yellow zone areas as marked by DGCA.
  • The client shall provide travelling, fooding and lodging(if required) for the photography team as would be required for the pre wedding destination.
  • Clients are kindly requested to maintain a polite and cooperative demeanour with the photographers, ensuring smooth coordination. This will help the photography team deliver their best work while capturing your event.
  • Any and all location charges has to be bore by the client.
  • The images will be shared only after the 2nd payment (after work on pre wedding day) is completed.

Copyright

  • The Client agrees that the Photographer will maintain the copyright for all the photographs taken by him/her.
  • The Photographer hereby permits the Client to make copies of the images for friends and family, however, not for commercial use unless the Photographer gives his/her consent.

Music and Image Selection Policy

  • The Client agrees to provide music track for the event video.
  • Once the video has been edited using the music provided by the Client, music changes will not be entertained; if requested, any music change will be charged at ₹200 per minute of the video duration.
  • Music for reels (if included in the package) will be selected by the editor by default; if the Client wants specific music for any reel, it must be communicated by the reception day at the latest.
  • Once the reel has been edited using the music provided by the Client, music changes will not be entertained; if requested, any change will be charged at ₹300 per minute of the reel duration.
  • The Client is responsible for selecting the photos to be included in the album; once the selection is submitted, no image changes will be allowed.
  • Album design changes can be made only once after the initial layout is shared; any additional design changes prior to that will be charged at ₹50 per page.
  • Cineraven Productions does not provide all raw video files in a pen drive by default, as the file sizes are extremely large and shot in a log colour profile, which is not directly usable without professional colour grading. If the client still wishes to receive the raw video files, they must provide their own storage device or a cloud storage option where the files can be uploaded and shared.​

Cancellation

  • The Client agrees that in case the Client cancels this Agreement prior to the event, he/she will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, except for the non-refundable deposit of 10% made for booking.
  • The Client agrees that in case the Photographer cancels this Agreement, he/she will be required to provide a suitable replacement photographer to whom the Client consents.
  • The Client agrees that in case a change of Package is needed by the client after booking has been done, it will be as per the convenience of the photographer and their availability to provide that desired package.
  • Cancellation can’t be provided once the services have been provided on the booked days.
  • Package modifications can be requested up to 1 month before the booked event, prior to which package modifications will not be entertained.
  • In the event of misconduct or misbehaviour, CineRaven reserves the right to cancel the shoot immediately without prior notice. No refunds will be made in such case.

Timings

  • Raw image files will be delivered within 10 days from the event end date.
  • Clients must submit their final image selection and song choices (for albums, reels, or edited videos) within 3 months from the date of raw file delivery.
  • Once we receive the selections, the album design and edited video will be delivered within 2.5 months.
  • After the album design is approved by the client, Cineraven will take an additional 7–10 business days to print and deliver the final album.
  • The final edited video and reels, along with the printed album, will be handed over only after the client clears all pending dues.
  • After the 3-month period from raw file delivery, Cineraven will not be liable for storing any files, including raw footage or edited content.
  • Complaints regarding missing files, delayed selections, or unsubmitted inputs will not be accepted beyond this timeframe.
  • If the client wishes to retain their project files with us beyond 3 months, a file storage fee of ₹799/month will be applicable and must be paid in advance for any future edits, re-deliveries, or access to files.
  • Cineraven will not be responsible for delays caused due to late selections or pending payments from the client’s side.

Maternity Shoot Terms and Conditions

MATERNITY SHOOT TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Booking & Scheduling
    1. A minimum booking amount of 30% is required to secure the shoot date. The remaining balance must be cleared on or before the shoot day.
    2. Preferred booking window is between 28–34 weeks of pregnancy to ensure comfort and safety during posing.
    3. Rescheduling is allowed once, if requested at least 48 hours prior, only due to medical emergency, subject to availability.
  2. Shoot Guidelines
    1. A maternity shoot includes specific setups, shoot duration, and outfit changes as per the selected package.
    2. Clients must arrive on time. Delayed arrival may reduce shoot duration or setups—no additional time will be provided unless purchased as an add-on.
    3. The client is responsible for selecting outfits from the available wardrobe (if included) before the shoot day. Last-minute outfit changes may not be accommodated.
    4. Shoes, accessories, lingerie, or personal styling items are not included unless mentioned in the package.
  3. Safety & Comfort
    1. The comfort and well-being of the expecting mother remain the highest priority.
    2. All posing will be guided by trained professionals; however, the client must immediately communicate if any pose feels unsafe or uncomfortable.
    3. No risky, physically strenuous, or unsafe poses will be performed during the shoot.
    4. If the client feels unwell during the shoot, it may be paused or rescheduled depending on availability. Refunds will not apply to completed portions.
  4. Baby Handling & Studio Etiquette
    1. Only one partner/companion is allowed during the session unless the selected package states otherwise.
    2. Mobile photography, reels, or behind-the-scenes recordings are not allowed without prior permission.
    3. Children, pets, or additional family members may only be included if the selected package allows it.
  5. Editing & Delivery
    1. Soft-proof previews will be shared within 7 working days after the shoot for final selection.
    2. Only the selected images (as per the package) will be edited and delivered (within 15 days of selection).
    3. Additional edited photographs or album pages will be chargeable.
    4. Raw, unedited files will not be shared unless requested explicitly.
  6. Retouching Policy
    1. Standard retouching includes skin softening, colour correction, stretch-mark minimization, and background cleanup.
    2. Advanced edits such as dress colour change, tattoo removal, body reshaping, or composites will be charged additionally.
  7. Rescheduling & Cancellation
    1. If the client cancels the shoot, the 30% booking amount remains non-refundable.
    2. If Cineraven Studios must cancel due to unavoidable reasons, a suitable replacement or a full refund will be offered.
    3. Cancellations are not permitted once the shoot has begun.
  8. Copyright & Usage Rights
    1. Cineraven Studios retains full copyright ownership of all images captured.
    2. Clients may use the final edited images for personal use including printing and sharing.
    3. Images may be used by Cineraven Studios & Infants In Frame for marketing, exhibitions, or commercial showcases unless the client purchases a Privacy Add-On.
  9. Miscellaneous
    1. Studio décor, props, furniture, and gowns must be handled responsibly. Any intentional or careless damage may incur replacement charges.
    2. Cineraven Studios reserves the right to refuse service in the event of misconduct, harassment, or unsafe behaviour — without refund.
Baby Shoot Terms and Conditions

Babyshoot Terms and Conditions

  • The baby shoot will be conducted at the Client’s location, and the photography team will bring all necessary props, backdrops, and equipment.
  • Adequate space and time must be provided for setup, which typically takes between 30 to 60 minutes before the shoot begins.
  • A professional draper from our team will be present to safely wrap and position the baby during the session.
  • The baby’s comfort and safety are our top priority; the shoot may be paused or adjusted depending on the baby’s mood or health.
  • A parent or guardian must be present throughout the session to assist with soothing, feeding, or handling the baby if needed.
  • The Client should ensure the baby is well-fed and rested before the session to help ensure smooth progress.
  • The Client is advised to moisturize the baby’s skin and avoid tight clothing before the shoot to prevent marks on the skin.
  • Any significant delay due to feeding or soothing will be accommodated within reason, but extended session time may result in additional charges.
  • The shooting area should be clean, quiet, and temperature-controlled to ensure a comfortable environment for the baby.
  • All props, wraps, and materials used will be clean and handled with proper hygiene standards.
  • We will provide a selection of props and outfits for the baby, and any specific theme or item preferences must be communicated at least 2 days in advance.
  • If parent or sibling portraits are to be included, this should be informed in advance for proper setup planning.
  • The Client will receive a pre-agreed number of edited images; any additional edits or image selections will incur extra charges.
  • If the baby or parent is unwell, the shoot can be rescheduled with prior notice.
  • While all precautions are taken, the photographer and team will not be held liable for any unexpected incidents or injuries during the shoot.
  • Clients are kindly requested to maintain a polite and cooperative demeanour with the photographers, ensuring smooth coordination. This will help the photography team deliver their best work while capturing your event.

Commercial Ads Terms and Conditions

REAL ESTATE, SCHOOLS, HOSPITALS, BANQUETS, OFFICES TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The Client shall provide a clear brief outlining expectations for the promotional ad prior to the shoot to enable the Photographer to plan accordingly.
  2. The Photographer shall not be held responsible for poor image quality resulting from interference by the management during the shoot.
  3. The Photographer shall not be held liable for poor-quality images if the site lacks required cleanliness, decoration, or electrical provisions (as communicated in advance).
  4. The Drone Operator shall not be requested or forced to fly drones in restricted (red or yellow) zones as designated by the DGCA.
  5. The Client shall provide travelling arrangements for the photography team if any travelling is incurred during the shoot duration.
  6. The Client shall provide accommodation for the photography team if shoot is carried out for more than 1 day or if the shoot takes place outside Kolkata.
  7. Clients are kindly requested to maintain a polite and cooperative demeanour with the photographers, ensuring smooth coordination. This will help the photography team deliver their best work while capturing the project.

COPYRIGHT

  1. The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all photographs captured during the assignment.
  2. The Photographer grants the Client rights to use and reproduce the images for commercial purposes.

MUSIC SELECTION POLICY

  1. All music used in video edits shall be selected by the editing team to ensure high-quality results and better audience engagement.
  2. If the Client has a specific preference in music, it must be discussed and finalized prior to the start of editing.
  3. If the suggested music is deemed unsuitable by the editing team (in pacing, tone, or audience appeal) and the Client still insists on using it, the team will proceed — however, marketing performance will not be guaranteed.
  4. Once the video has been edited, music changes will not be entertained. If requested, any music change will be charged at ₹200 per minute of the final video duration.

CANCELLATION

  1. The Client agrees that if they cancel this Agreement prior to the event, the amount paid will be refunded except for the non-refundable 30% booking amount.
  2. If the Photographer cancels the agreement, a suitable replacement will be provided subject to Client approval.
  3. Any post-booking package modifications requested by the Client will be subject to the Photographer’s availability and discretion.
  4. Cancellations are not permitted once services have been rendered on the booked dates.
  5. In the event of misconduct or misbehaviour, CineRaven reserves the right to cancel the shoot immediately without prior notice. No refund will be provided in such a case.
Cineraven Studios Rental Terms & Conditions

Cineraven Studios Rental Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Cineraven Studios. Please read and agree to the following terms and conditions before proceeding with your booking.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A 50% non-refundable advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your slot and the remaining 50% must be paid before or at the start of the shoot.
  • Bookings are accepted on slot basis and booking amount should include amounts of all props to be used.
  • Additional hours may be added only if the slot is available and not already booked.

2. Studio Usage & Surveillance

  • All props, furniture, and equipment will be counted and shown before the shoot starts and rechecked after the shoot ends.
  • Any missing or damaged items will be chargeable, and the renter must either pay for or replace the item with the same model.
  • The studio is under 24×7 CCTV surveillance for security purposes.
  • By renting the studio, the renter agrees to be recorded during their session.
  • The makeup/changing room is not monitored through CCTV to protect privacy.

3. Nude & Semi-Nude Shoot Policy

  • Full nude shoots are not permitted inside Cineraven Studios.
  • Semi-nude or fine art shoots are allowed within professional and respectful limits.
  • CCTV surveillance will remain active during all types of shoots.
  • The makeup room is provided for changing and remains outside CCTV coverage.
  • Renters must inform the studio team in advance if they plan a semi-nude shoot.

4. Liability & Damages

  • The renter is responsible for any damage caused to studio equipment including props, backdrops, etc.
  • Any damaged item must be either paid for or replaced with the exact model.
  • The use of nails, paint, adhesives, or tapes on studio walls, furniture, or floors is not allowed without prior permission.

5. Power Backup & Power Failure

  • There is no power backup available in the studio currently.
  • In the event of a power cut, battery-powered equipment like the AD200 may still be used.
  • Video lights may not be available or chargeable during a power outage.
  • If the renter decides to end the shoot due to a power cut, they only need to pay for the hours already used.
  • If the session lasted less than 1 hour, the charges will be waived.

6. Time Management & Overstay

  • Setup and pack-up time must be included within the booked hours.
  • Any time beyond the scheduled slot will be chargeable if not discussed in advance.
  • Overstaying beyond the booked slot without permission may result in penalty charges.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled shoot can be rescheduled once within the next 30 days, depending on availability.
  • The advance booking amount is non-refundable in all cases.

8. Conduct & Cleanliness

  • Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on studio premises.
  • Renters must behave respectfully towards studio staff and maintain the space professionally.
  • The studio must be returned in a clean and tidy condition. A cleaning fee may be applied if the space is left unclean.

9. Use of Fire or Hazardous Elements

  • Use of fire, candles, smoke bombs, or any flammable or hazardous materials is strictly prohibited unless supervised by a Cineraven Studios staff member.
  • Any fire-based or hazardous effect must be disclosed in advance.
  • The renter bears full responsibility for any damage, injury, or incident caused due to such elements and must compensate accordingly.

10. Floor Assistance & Responsibility

  • There may or may not be a floor boy present during your shoot, depending on staff availability.
  • If present, the floor boy is assigned to assist with basic studio handling only.
  • The floor boy is not responsible for bringing flowers, clothing, accessories, or any item forgotten by the makeup artist, model, or photographer.
  • While Cineraven will always try to ensure that clients have a smooth and flawless shoot, we cannot guarantee assistance for matters outside our scope.

11. Content Responsibility

  • Renters are solely responsible for the content shot during their session.
  • Cineraven Studios is not liable for any disputes, legal issues, or claims related to the content produced.

12. Loss or Theft

  • The studio is not responsible for any personal belongings or equipment lost, stolen, or damaged during the rental period.
  • Renters are advised to take care of their valuables at all times.
By proceeding with the booking and payment, the renter confirms that they have read and agreed to all the above terms and conditions.
